It is absolute a natural pigment abstracted from the fresh petals of Carthamus tinctorius L. by modern biotechnology.Widely used in fruit juice beverage, carbonated beverage,the mixture of wines,cakes, red & green processed fruit, canned goods, greengage,ice cream, fruit jelly, conserved fruit as food coloring. Maximum use level is 0.20g/kg.
