Explosion-Proof Control Box (F4092)

Full plastic explosion-proof control box: the enclosure is made of glass fiber reinforced polyester. All the metal parts are anti-corrosive. The Concave-convex joint is designed between the cover and body to mount the air-foam silicone bar, which secure degree of protection IP65.
Individual enclosures can be combined into large units to order. The components with standard pitch are 40mm. Selecting the enclosure depending on the number of components mounted. These built-in board front type components are mounted the 35mm mounting rails directly. The raised anchor points on the components and the grooves on the mounting rails secure that the components are mounted in the accurate positions. The cable entry can be set on the top, bottom, left, or right side. The cable gland is plastic moulded or aluminum. Pipe thread designed for the aluminum cable gland would be wired with a steel tube or a flexible conduit.
