Radish Red Color (004)

It is a kind of natural edible pigment extracted from crucifer red radish. The main composition is anthocyanins. The amaranthine powder can easily absorb damp. After absorbing damp, it becomes lump, but doesnt affect its application. It is soluble in water, alcohol and solution of water and alcohol. The environment PH value can influence its hue and stability. At PH2.0-6.0, the color is stable salmon pink; at PH 7.0, it is blue; at PH above 7.0, it is unstable green.
