Property:
White to greyish powder,density:6.95g/cm3,melting point:1127癈,sublime at 1800-1900癈. soluble in H2SO4, hot concentrated HCL, slightly soluble in NaOH or KOH solution,insoluble in water, alcohol, ammonia and cold acid.

Application: Tin salt production. Pink, off-white, yellow, violet gold can be got if it is mixed with chromate, lime, vanadium and chlorine etc..Used as colorant for ceramics, porcelain enamel. Also used as polishing compound. Used in producing opaque glass,opal glass,textile mordant,weighting agent,analytical reagent,steel and marble buffing compound,catalyst for organic synthesis,porcelain enamel,electromagnetism.
