Characteristics and uses :
Have low thermal conductivity, excellent thermal stability and chemical stability. non-corrosive. The fibers used in the production of brake linings have good resistance to high temperature and dispersion, suitable for all types of mixer mixing.
High Temperature requirements applicable to thermal recovery performance, brake noise small brake linings.
The recommended dosage :
Drum lining used vans :20%-35%
Disc brake pads :10-25%
Recommend mixing process
Field plowing mixer :6-8minutes
Vertical-speed mixer (fitted with a high-speed reamer) : 4-6 minutes
