Copper base products are mainly classified into agglomerated brass,agglomerated nickel silver and agglomerated bronze.
.Agglomerated brass:Cu-(10-30%)Zn,mainly used for producing structural components.
.Agglomerated nickel silver:Cu-18%Zn-18%Ni,also used for structural components with better strength and corrosion resistance.
.Agglomerated bronze:usually used for self-lubricating material(including oil -retaining bearing),frequently used bronze materials are Cu-10Sn,6-6-3bronze(Cu-6%Sn-6%Zn-3%Pb),With growing demand for envir-onmental protection,this material is becoming obsolete due to its containinglarge amount of lead,and is being replaced with bronze material,which doesn't contain lead,and material,which is manufactured with iron powder coated with copper,the latter being more costeffective.(Fe-(20-40%)Cu)
