Black Pepper Crab (ILC)

The black pepper crab spice is designed specially for the Singaporean obsession to cooking crabs in a variety of sauces. This is not the conventional black pepper sauce that is used on the steaks. This is the sauce to be used on the crab to enhance the colorful flavors of the crab. 
This sauce should not be restricted to crab alone. It can be used to cook a variety of seafood, preferably shell fish, in their original flavours. The black pepper spice is not to mask the original flavour of the sea food but to enhance and bring out the original flavours and taste of the dish. 
It can also be used as a marinate to bake all seafoods.
