High Temperature Release Film (1)

It is an upgraded product specially based on the technique required by PCB and soft circuit board in the production, and its surface is flat and smooth and has no particle, bubble, porosity or foreign impurity, and it also has good mechanical performance, thickness with even tolerance, low shrinkage ratio and excellent separation result. This product is classified as three types such as free silicon, single-side silicon coat and double-side silicon coat. The highest temperature resistance is 250℃. And the thickness has 25μm, 38μm, 45μm, 50μm, 75μm and so on available.
