Production Line (LBZ2700P)

1.This advanced IG line adopts Lenhardt technology. Main parts are the international famous brand products.
2.LOW-E glass is automatically identified, so that the rotating speed of the washing brushes can be automatically adapted and the best washing result can be ensured.
3.The glass and IG sizes can be inputted by using the user-friendly HMI of the control panel.The stepping of an IG unit can be automatically adapted. A precision of less than 0.1mm can be reached.
4.The sickness of glass and Aluminum-spacer is automatically identified. The IG unit pressing is optimally controlled by automatic adjustment of the pressing plate distance and the pressing pressure.  
5.An accurate operation of the presser is ensured by a servo-system to control the various sizes of the IG units. The high parallelism of two pressing plates is reached by a special design ofthe plate presser.                                 
6.This IG line is suitable to various kinds of Low-E, stepped and conventional IG units as well as over-longer size of IG units.
