Aluminum plastic composite panel production line

Advantages of FH 1300/1600:
1) Saves the PE plate material as well as the unrolling and warming up consumable.
2) Easy operation: it doesn't need to roll the PE plate
3) The structure and technology is more advanced than old ACP line
It is automatic to set the PE plate of certain strength to the preset annulus to
make the film combined with the plate. Then this combined material will be sent
to be combined with the pre-warmed aluminum roll. After several times' combination
and level off, if it's molded, it will be then sent to the cool oven for cooling.
Then the cooled plat will be covered by a protecting coat and sent to the trimming
machine then cut according to the customer's requirements.
