VH3-indoor HV vacuum circuit breaker

Model VH3 series high voltage AC vacuum circuit breaker, operating mechanism adopts special-purpose spring mechanism, fully satisfies the requirement for frequent operation, operating times is up to 30,000, in this period, only a little maintenance is required, for example: clean the circuit breaker, lubricate rotating parts. Rational layout of operating mechanism facilitates inspection and maintenance. Two stage opening release design makes opening easier.
In order to get higher initial opening speed required by longitudinal magnetic field vacuum quenching pot, VH3 contact spring is designed to be mounted in support under main circuit, so elastic potential energy is stored when contact spring closes directly acts on moving guide rod of quenching pot at the time of opening, such design is helpful to increase initial opening speed of circuit breaker, special guiding device protects quenching pot against lateral force, so it is helpful to extend electric life of circuit breaker.
Handcart type VH3 may be used on switch cabinet with width of 900mm, 1000mm, insulation effect may be optimized by lengthening contact arm and attaching SMC insulating board etc. It may be used for protection and control in industrial and mining enterprises, power plant and substation electric facilities.
