Graphite tube carbonization furnace

Graphite Tube Carbonization Furnace is a continuous equipment for PM industry.It can be utilized for reduction and carbonization of cemented carbide and cemented carbide compound. It adopts graphite tube as heating element and it is covered by hydrogen. Boat pushing can be continuous or touch moved. There is no carbon pick up through furnace tube, so it is easy for control carbon content in metal powder. It can control temperature by thermal couples or by infrared sensor, or by constant powder. It works continuously with high efficiency.
