JX-04-89

DESCRIPTION
   JX-04-89 is a heat stabilizer/lubricant system based on basic lead sulphate, specifically developed for rigid PVC extrusion. It is very suitable for pressure pipe, non-pressure pipe and conduits. It has also found application in multi layer pipe and CPVC extrusion. The balance that exists between the internal and external lubricants in JX-04-89 allow for many advantages. It imparts flexibility to the whole system whereby it absorbs most effects resulting from changes in filler or pigment quality, therefore the addition of any extra lubricants is not necessary except in extreme cases.

ADDITION RATE
The suggested usage level of JX-04-89 is between 2.0 and 2.6 phr, depending on the total dry blending formulation.
The mixing temperatures of between 110℃ and 130℃ are recommended.
