Well type blackening furnace

It is a kind of batch furnace .It can do surface treatment, especially surface black oxide coating, for PM iron based components and machined parts, in a van by heated up vapor .It includes furnace chamber, jacking device, ventilated, vapor boiler and temperature control system. Cylinder furnace chamber includes furnace shell by steel blank and profilebars, liner by refractory materials. Heating elements are placed on special bricks on liner wall. In the middle there is a van by stainless steelventilated by an electrical fan. Temperature control system includes thermal couples, intellectual digital PID adjustor and SCR to realize precise and automatic temperature control.
