Introduction:
The multipurpose distilled water fountain is used in the sterile injection water production for pharmacy. It is also applicable for the food & beverage industry, electronic industry, etc.
LD multipurpose distilled water fountain series standard type and common type is developed with overseas advanced technologies, especially the FINN AOUA technology based on the national condition. With all technical indexes up to the trade YY0229-1995 standard and some over that of imported samples, the series' max. capacity is at least 10% above standard with great stability.

Configuration: German Bodd air valve controlled steam, feeding water, cooling water and pure steam with work efficiency and liquid level auto-control.
Principle: The LD distilled water fountain series is made up of the vertical shell-and-tube falling film evaporator and the screw feeding water sparger to enable the even water flow, so as to greatly increase the evaporation efficiency. Two key parts in the evaporator, the long-section screw board vapor separation board and steam & pyrogen remover can guarantee the water capacity.
Pyrogen Separation Theory:
The pyrogen lives in water and the liquid mixture of water and steam which is a few geometric series away from the steam particle in terms of mass. Under express revolving the wet steamer will increase the separation acceleration of the liquid and the steam particle by even hundred of times, so as to complete the caloric separation of the steam. When passing the screw board, the steam acceleration meets with low resistance and the whole separation structure is through and dry. The ideal and reliable technology is recognized by all users.
