MC series capsule polisher is a kind of capsule polisher with function of sorter as well. It plays the function of not only the polishing for capsule and tablet but eliminating static electricity. It can also automatically reject low weight capsule; loose piece and fragments of capsules. It is suitable for all sizes of capsules without the need to change parts.

l        From the capsule filling machine the filled capsules are fed into A

l        The turning brush brings capsules from B to C the cylinder.

l        Within the net cylinder brush D polishes and dedusts the capsules.The loose piece and fragments are retrieved by vacuum sucker E

l        The brush conveys the capsules to the outlet of cylinder F .

l        In the sorter segment G clean compressed air collects low weight capsule; loose piece and fragments of capsules to H the collecter.

l        The pressure of the compressed air is shown on the filter decompressed valve meter I ,which can be adjusted at different requirement.
