2. The doffer motor adopts AC step less frequency control piecing-up with low speed and running rapidly. It is convenient to operate, sensitive and reliable to control. Synchronous tooth belt make it run steadily with low noise.
3. The feed roller is driven by a separate motor and synchronously controlled with Doffer through inverter and PLC.
4. Adopt inclined three-roller stripping device; above the stripping roller, actively transmitted cleaning roller is fixed to prevent Doffer clothing from being damaged. Between the squeeze roll and the big calendar roller, A movable curl plate condensers is fixed to improve its working stability.
