Rear Earth composite stabilizer (for PVC profile)

JX-03D is rare earth lead based compound stabilizer containing internal and external lubricants. It is applicable for non-conventional PVC materials. The product has excellent performance of internal and external lubricating balance, processing and low separation. The product contains composite antioxidant and proper rare earth, which have obvious effect on increasing weather fastness of non-conventional PVC and the strength of the weld angle.

According to the different equipments and molds, suggests add 4.6-5 phr in each 100 phr PVC resin, suggest the high speed mixture temperature between 115℃ and 130℃.
