tare of 140 grams and are sufficient to ensure the safe arrival of product to
destination. Bags will be labeled in Urdu language marking net weight,
validity, product and country of origin.

Term of Payment : By Irrevocable, Transferable, Divisible, Fully, Funded Letter Of
Credit Payable 100% At Sight.
The Buyer shall establish in favors of the Seller irrevocable revolving Letter
of Credit in Dollar of the value.
Delivery : Delivery shall begin thirty to forty-five days (30-45) after receipt and
confirmation of an operative financial instrument acceptable to the Seller.
Minimum shipment (shipload) should be Twelve Thousand five hundred
(25,000) MT.
Performance Bond : 2 % After Acceptance of Operative L/C Seller’s Bank
