Drive 6x4 special chassis with transmission system consisting of heavy-duty truck components and parts. Engine being of strong and well-reserved power, high traveling speeds has been up to the state standards on the environmental protection.
3-section main boom and one-section jib adopted, a triplex pump on the hydraulic system.
3-section main boom is made of low-alloy and high-strength steel with hexagonal profile, light weight, good load-bearing capacity, strong side-rigid, slight bending flexure. Boom top is equipped with 'MC' type nylon pulley to prolong life of hoisting wire rope.
Telescopic boom mechanism reflects the latest technology that the second and the third section boom can realize synchronous telescoping by combining a single-stage cylinder with a set of wire rope so as to permit boom telescoping with a load of 30% rated lifting capacity at corresponding working radius, which is widely used in our cranes form 12 to 25 tonnage.
Hydraulic system for both superstructure and chassis adopts latest leak-proof joints and pipe lines.
On request, the air-conditioners for both superstructure and chassis can be installed in order to make the operator more comfortable.
Notes:
1 .The tabulated values are rated lifting capacities of the crane leveled and standing on a firm supporting surface. The tabulated working radii are actual radii with load lifted.
2. The values above the bold line are based on boom strength, those below the bold line are based on the crane stability. Capacities for 10.2m boom length shall be lifted with boom fully retracted.
3. The weights of main hook 240kg, aux. hook 50kg and hoisting tool are Included in the tabulated values. If the fly Jib Is fixed In working position, the rated lifting capacities at the main boom must be reduced by 400kg.
4. When working with main hook, use 6 lines for 10.2m boom,4 lines for 15.2m and 20.2m boom, 2 lines for 25.2m.
5. Boom telescoping with load should be operated according to the values of the rated lifting capacities.
6. When actual boom length & working radius are between two values specified in the list, the lifting capacity should be set according to the high value.
