The materials and fabrication of tower units shall conform to the following standards.
Material: It is in accordance with the customer's requirement for material ion. All the steel materials are used the noted Chinese steel plant products or produce them according to our Chinese national standard. And relevant national codes and standards shall be introduced as guidance.

8 The OD, wall thickness and length shall comply with Code API SPEC 5L. In case of pipe of other dimensions are required, the buyer and the seller shall make mutual agreement accordingly.
9 Except that the tolerance for OD and wall thickness shall comply with API SPEC 5L, GB709-88 Dimensions, shape, and weight for hot-rolled plates and strips shall also be binding. In case of pipe of higher precision is required, the buyer and the seller shall make mutual agreement accordingly.
10 The tolerance for straightness and tortuosity factor shall not exceed 0.15% of the pipe length.
11 The ovality shall not exceed 5mm.And the difference of the average diameter between pipe ends shall not be more than 2mm.
12 The cutting section of two ends shall be perpendicular with the axis of the pipe, and free blurs.
13 The transaction value is based on theoretical weight or actual weight. And the density for the steel is 7.85 ton/m3.
14 Physical properties for the pipe
Steel products and welding consumables shall be checked and tested to meet relevant standards. The welding technique can be adjusted in compliance with customer requirement, and for submerge welding; relevant national standards shall be binding.
Defects like fissure, scar, overlap, layer, porosity, Flash are not allowed. Oxidization skin and traces of grinding are allowed.
