Vibrating feeder is also called shaker feeder. The GZD serial vibrating feeder is designed and produced newly by our company specially for the evenly feeding of large materials before being screened for medium and rough crusher. Vibrating feeder adopts the structural characters of double-eccentricity shaft vibration exciter to guarantee the equipment can bear the impact when large materials falling and it has large feeding capacity. In the production flow, it can feed the materials of block and grain evenly and regularly and continuously to receiving device to prevent the receiving device from breaking work for the materials are fed evenly so to extend the service life of equipment. Feeder can be of steel plate structure and of bar grate structure. The former is mostly used for sandstone feed production line and it will feed all the materials into breaking equipment evenly and the later can screen the materials roughly to make the system more economical and reasonable and it becomes the necessary equipment in screening for break. Therefore, it is widely used in the combination equipment of breaking and screening of the trades such as metallurgy, coal mine, ore concentration, building material, chemical industry and abrasives etc. Working principle: There are two eccentric shafts rotating at high speed at the same time from opposite directions, thus the strong centrifugal force is formed. The component forces of centrifugal force along the vibrating direction will always overlap each other, then counteract with that of vertical force from vibrating direction, then exciting force along single direction is formed to drive the feeder vibrate along straight line. When materials are fed into the feeder, they may be thrown up and move like para curve, then fall down. The materials will move forward on the slope surface of the feeder.
