PROCEDURE.
1. Buyer sends ICPO with Soft Probe Permission.
2. Sellers send FCO.
3. Buyer accepts FCO and return to seller with his Signature.
1. The Seller shall send the draft contract to the Buyer for comments and
acceptance. The Buyer shall signs and seal the contract and return it, by fax or
another electronic mean, to the Seller, including a photocopy of their passport and a
photocopy of the Registration Certificate of the Buying Company.
2. Within 15 (fifteen) banking days after the receipt and confirmation of the BG
acceptable to the Seller, the Seller shall issue a fully active 2% (two percent)
Performance Bond Guaranty and a Bank Proof of Product (POP).
3. Delivery and shipments shall commence as per the terms and conditions of the
contract.
4. The first shipment will commence no later than 45 days from date since an
operative and accepted BG as described in Clause 9 of the present contract exists in
the Seller,s bank.
