processing Procedure

1. Method of Glue Water Mixture: Stir catalyzer, glue water and thinner evenly, at
the rate of 1:10:20, then it in the material trough.
2. Feeds: Fill the glue water where the roller can touch it.
3.Baking: Firstly, adjust the temperature up to 20-40 centigrade before starting the
machine, and when the temperature shown in the thermometer reaches to 70 centigrade,
readjust t it to about 35 centigrade, then start the machine.
4. Starting the machine:
(1)Place the die to the machine head horizontally and fix it, then install the driving
belt, and adjust the die.
(2) Have the aluminum foil pass through the adhesive roller and drier, then start
the machine;
(3)Wrap the aluminum foil strip with steel wires, then weight it with heating
installment, and adjust the rotating speed.
5. Quality Inspection:
(1)Check whether the interval of the formed aluminum strip is the same.
(2)Check whether there are steel wires out from cosmetic parts or inner parts.
