1. Terminal and rivet should well be connected with minimum pull capacity of 40N.
2. Terminal should have loading of 0.5N, twist angle range within 2 degrees.
3. Silica gel has to be leak proof, craze is not allowed.
4. Cover board and terminal can support 3000 VAC, 10s, no breakdown.
5. The insulation resistance between weld slice and Tinplate should be greater than 5000ohms
