The beam pumping unit has features of reliable performance, simple structure, easy operation and maintenance etc. The technical parameters meet API Spec 11E Standard and China Industry Standard: SY/T 5044.
1.The whole unit has a reasonable structure, with the features of working smoothly, lower noise and easy maintenance;
2.Box type structure or I beam structure has been adopted for the walking beam. It has features of high strength, good rigidity and high bearing capacity;
3.Gear reducer uses herringbone involute gear or double-circular-arc shape gear, with the features of accurately machined, high bearing capacity and long working life;
4.Stand adopts tower structure. It has features of stability which can be fixed conveniently in field;
5.Crank counterbalance adopts gear and rack drive. It has features of regulating lightly and accurately;
6.Mule head adopts upturns type, on suspension or tips over type;
7.Braking adopts reveals type structure equipped with safety device. It has features of flexible operation , instant braking and reliable security;
8.Pedestal adopts foundation bolt joint or compression bar joint.
