fiberglass discs for resin-bonded grinding wheels

It is cut by pucher from reisinforcing netlike fiberglass cloth for grinding wheel. The cloth was coated with phenolic resin and epoxy resin, then baked and punched. The fiberglass discs are widely used as the basal material of grinding wheel which adopts resin as adhesive agent. The grinding wheel then got the properties of excellent heat and pull resistance and smooth surface, cutting ang grinding at high speed and great structual strength.
