Origin: Russia or Seller option
Quantity: 100,000 MT – 500,000 MT per month.
Term: 12 months Contract
Unit Price: U$295/MT CIF ASWP Fixed for 12 months.
Terms of payment: Irrevocable, Confirmed, Non-Transferable, RDLC for monthly shipment.
Procedures:
Buyer issues ICPO with soft probe permission + BCL.
Seller sends FCO.
Seller issues contract for signatures.
Buyer bank issues NON-OPERATIVE LC.
Seller posts 2% PB and POP via bank to activate LC.
Delivery commences as scheduled.
