TORDEN INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (RC 673676) is a registered company in Nigeria in accordance with the company and allied matters act of 1999 to carry out various forms of business in Nigeria. The company's Office is located at Hafsat Plaza, plot 472, Constitution Avenue, central Business district, Abuja, Federal Capital Territory. Presently the company is accommodated in an office space measuring 80m2 and in less than two months, is expected to move into a larger accommodation of 210 m2 to meet up with her current operations.
Prior to the registration of TORDEN INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, the core management officers had worked with different organizations rising to administrative and management positions thus acquiring the prerequisite knowledge and experience required as a tonic to excel in handling varying projects. Over 50% of the core management staff had operated as MCMITCHELL NIGERIA LIMITED ( a sister company) for over 8 years and it was to accommodate the remaining 50% staff so as to enlarge the scope of operation of the company that resulted in the formation and registration of TORDEN INTERNATIONAL LIMITED.
Further to this integration, our business has widened in scope over being just developers. We now offer services which covers geological and environmental science services, rural and urban electrification, construction of civil and building structures for varying activities such as institutional, commercial, residential, industrial, religious, health among others as well as water treatment, supply and distribution.
In view of this, we are able to access the N.H.F. (National Housing Fund) through a P.M.I (Primary Mortgage Institution) to design and build low and medium decent and affordable houses for civil servants on owner occupier arrangement. However, this must be supported by a bank guarantee from the state government on behalf of the concerned ministries.
Currently, we are executing a housing scheme of this nature for the Federal Road Safety Commission at Abuja and have packaged a similar scheme for the Nigerian Immigration Services.
