I Purpose

Main frame adopts SJZ taper dual screw extruder as one high-speed and high efficient plastic extruder with wide application, various plastic products, such as pipe, profiled materials, plastic-steel door and window profiled materials can be produced if relevant die head and assistant machines are equipped.

Automatic feeder and feeding device with stated quantity are equipped, PVC powder can be moulded directly, then pelleting procedure is omitted.
Adopt taper dual screw extruder, screw and canister have high efficient mixing, even plasticizing, high output, long service life and wide range after nitrogen treatment with high performance alloy steel.
Far infrared ray heating, frequency speed control, 30% energy can be saved, intelligent meter, controllable silicon components have high temperature control precision, convenient and reliable operation.
High-speed mixer, moulding and extending, heating sizing, draught, cutting and stacking support are equipped.
