Remove dirt, oils, greases and/or light oxidation from steel, galvanized steel, or aluminum parts. This prepares the part surfaces for a strong bond to accept the coating applied. These cleaning machines can be designed to treat the part surfaces with either iron or zinc phosphate or chrome conversion solutions. Chrome or chrome-free surface seal rinses and final DI water rinses can be utilized depending on the paint performance requirements.
Typically, the pretreatment machines are configured with 3 to 9 stages and heated by hot water or else.
