The maximum number of cylinders of oil pumps tested is 12cylinders for each type.
The main drive use sproved and reliable
variable speed hydraulic technology.
The speed and oil measurement are carried
out by electronic counting. Which is reliable and accurate in measurement. The whole
structure of the test bench is compact which
makes service and maintenance.
Usages of the test bench
The test bench is mainly suitable for the adjustment and test of oil injection pumps and speed-regulator manufactures producing oil injection pumps, diesel engines and tractors, in departments using these machines or in research and teaching units.
Main adjusting items:
1. Amount and uniformity of the supply for each cylinder of an oil injection pump.
2. Start point and spacing angle of the oil supply of an oil injection pump.
3. Adjust and check the speed regulator''s service.
4. Check sealing of an oil injection pump
