BF Series Sealing System

The new design is ideal for packaging of instant noodles or lunch that uses wide-mouthed bowls or boxes as the containers and features continuous automatic sealing and shape-cutting.
The system consists of an automatic container placement module, a photoelectric package design calibration module, secondary automatic thermo-sealing module and an automatic return module. Noodle/content, condiment, soup base have to be placed manually.
Customers may designate specific brands of pneumatic and electric parts imported or made in China to be used in the system.
All components in contact with foods and the entire shell of the system are made of stainless steel with a neat and clean look. The system complies with the hygiene standards for foods.
An optional automatic typing device can be added to print the date of manufacturing.
