ZLS Automatic Filling and Lid-tightening System

This machine can work automatically form pouch loading-vacuumiaing, locating filling-nitrogen gas filling-second time locating filling-spout head washing-automatic caps feeding and covering-caps screwing(frequency converting)-capping quality detecting and separating to pouch discharging and liquid level controlling. Connected to CIP washing system and equipped with PLC+HMI control system.
Can add or delete some functions according to the customers requirements.
The machine is specially designed for the filling and cap screwing of the stand-up pouch type products, such as drinkable jelly, dairy products, juice, drink, ice cream, dairy chemicals and other products etc.
