Plastic Film Extruding and Blowing Machine (SJ-45)

The machinery is used to blow HDPE and LDPE plastic film. The machine is widely used in the packing of industrial goods and foodstuffs, as well as for agricultural coverings (ground film, greenhouse film).

The barrel and screw of the extruder feature high-grade alloy steel materials that are processed precisely and undergo nitrogen treatment for grind resistance and erosion resistance.

With an automatic constant temperature control system, multi-point control and high controlling accuracy, the auxiliary machine installation platform can be operated easily and safely. The roll-up machine features a multi-roller friction wind-up structure.
