Flex Metal Corner Tape

Unique design features traditional paper with two reinforcing strips of galvanized steel. The results are tough corners designed to withstand "day to day" abuse. The corner tape is easier to use than traditional metal corner bead. Our steel corner tape is packaged in rolls making it easier to merchandise and transport, it also saves waste, your customers cut only the size they need. The steel corner tape can also be used on archways, curves and is ideal for non 90 degree angles.
Metal material availabel:aluminiumum, galvanized steel, hot deeped zinc.
Steel reinforced corner tape is available in 5cm*30m(2"*98.4') rolls.
1. Apply a pre-coat of compound to the corner
2. Cut corner tape to length, then fold and crease so that metal strips are on inside
3. Apply tape to corner, pressing firmly into compound, trowel each side clean and smooth.
4. When dry, apply light finishing coats, sand and decorate.
