Ferric Phosphate is yellowish white to beige powder, no smell, insoluble in water and acetic acid, soluble in inorganic acid. Its molecular formula is FePO4.4H2O and its molecular weight is 150.82 (anhydrous). As food additives, it mostly applied in cakes, rice products and pasty food.
