BOPP laminating film

Our Company offers BOPP Laminating Film, which uses a unique film-covering technique which spreads adhesive material on the BOPP film, so as to protect the surface of the plastic synthesized paper, it can be used in the lamination machine with function of right-time heating.
THE MAIN CHARACTERISTICS OF BOPP LAMINATION FILM
1) it does not include solvent adhesive, which can protect the printing color from changing;
2) the adhesive effect is superior finish and gloss, which is much better than that with the solvent adhesive;
3) time saving, no need to prepare the glue beforehand;
4) it can also be used on the traditional lamination machine.
The usually BOPP lamination film thickness for our customs are as the followings:
Glossy 25(12+13)mic,27(12+15)mic, 27(15+12)mic, 30(18+12)mic and so on
Matte 27(15+12)mic, 31(19+12)mic, and so on
The Max length for Glossy is 2500m per roll. Diameter 3inch.
The Max length for Matte is 2000m per roll. Diameter 3inch.
The Max width for all roll films is 1.3m.
Our products are use for paper, books and packaging printed matter.
