soy peptone

General description:
Soy Peptone is a papaic digest of soy which is utilized to grow a wide range of bacteria. It is rich in carbohydrates and is generally incorporated into culture media at between 0.3-0.5% concentration.
It is recommended for use in microbiological, tissue culture and fermentation media.
