XPS foamed board extrusion line is one of our main products. XPS foamed board is one of good adiabatic material, it is with cotinuous surface and beehive sturcture. It with good property of adiabatic, water-proof and anti-high impact. These products are widely used for the wall, rooftop, road and low temperature storeroom etc building fields

Our XPS board extrusion line adopt unique foaming method and high efficiency extruder, online PLC control system and can realize highly automatic production. It can use  recycled material so that it can greatly reduce the production cost.

According to different request of customers we can supply  100-300 M3 three kinds of different capacity XPS foamed board extrusion line.

Hydraulic filter changing device can change the filter in very short time so that it can avoid material leakage.
