Metal grease Filters

Filters are made of  corrugated aluminum, galvanized steel or stainless steel.  These  1" or 2" thick filters contain multiple layers of metal mesh, expanded through specified feeds to assure maximum filtering and internal loading capabilities.

Multiple layers of bonded aluminum with expanded galvanized wire support held in a 1" or 2" thick galvanized steel frame.  Captures oil mist found in return air of industrial machine shops and water droplets from cooling coils and evaporative media or unevaporated moisture downstream from humidifiers.

Use stainless steel metal mesh or model in stainless steel frame for caustic or corrosive environments.
