Function and Assemble Parts

1.This machine produce patient nursing mattress, operation mattress, lying-in woman mattress, which is hygienic, safe and convenient in usage.
2.As per request, it can produce 3~4 kinds of products within Length of 600~950 and Width of 420~750.
3.Fluffy pulp and air-laid paper with SAP resin are as the absorbent material. SAP spraying amount can be adjusted.
4.As per request, products can be added with double-faced glue paper.
5.Products are vertically and horizontally three-folded into square type and output with convenient packaging

 Structure and Character

1.Molding and positioning working procedure of products are all equipped with electric differential device to conduct adjustment without stopping machine.
2.Conveyance of jumbo roll in production uses vacuum absorption to steady material tension.
3.Driving system consists of gearwheel device, universal couplings and synchronous belt with high driving accuracy and low mechanical consumption.
4.To-cut blade is installed in bevel angle with fast cutting and long usage lifetime.
5.Material unwinding unit is equipped with synchronously pushing unit to stable material tension and fasten running speed.
6.Components of bracket, work faceplate, driving backboard are strong in a frame structure with strong anti-seismic, good stability and no shaking.
7.Driving components are installed on backboard of equipment to facilitate adjustment and maintenance and protect high-speed operation against shake.
