Line remover

1. Engine: America Briggs & stratton 10.5HP vertical air-cooled gasoline engine, handle brake control.
2. Cutter: rotating head with tungsten cabide cutting wheels, long work life and quick easy cutter change. The cutter with 24 teeth is better for removing of thermoplastic line, the cutter with 48 teeth is better for removing of normal traffic line.
3. Curring depth Depth: accurate control by precise screw.
4. Cutting Pressure： with indicator, adjustable according to line type and surface condition.
5. Protection device: Automatic clutch makes the cutter automatic clutch with shaft according to the engine speed and the conditions of road surface for the high quality removal, less damages and extends service life. With a dust collector connection socket dia 76mm ( optional dust colletor device available from users) ).
(Option: for watering device, for reducing the dust produced on job site. Rubber bush fixed arround the cutter can prevent dust and fragment during operation for operator safety).
6. Brake: foot control brake system for convenient operation.
7. Operation: Single person pull and draw operation , easy and fast . Forward, reverse, left or right freely. Removable width can up to 620mm when left-right operation, removal width can up to 180mm when forward or reverse.
8. Rubber wheel: wear-resistant rubber wheels, with high speed bearing, light and flexible; front wheels ф250mm, rea wheels ф150mm .
