Notice on Shuttle Bus Service

For overseas exhibitors and visitors attending the 7^th China International Consumer Goods Fair, to be held from June 8^th  to 12^th , free shuttle bus service will be available from Shanghai Pudong and Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airports to Ningbo, prior to and during the fair.  Following are the details:

 

Period: June 4^th to 12^th, 2008

Line 1: Shanghai Pudong International Airport ←→ Ningbo

Line 2: Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport ←→ Ningbo

 

If you need the shuttle bus service, please contact the organizing committee and provide with your ETA ( Estimated Time of Arrival ), ETD (Estimated Time of Departure) and flight information in advance. The organizing committee will arrange the pick-up and shuttle buses accordingly. 

  

Someone will be waiting at the airport exit with a sign marking the 7^th CICGF, please take care. Waiting inside the shuttle bus might  take a short while.

 

Remarks:

For June 6^th to 12^th, the shuttle buses will be available the whole day, but for June 4^th and 5^th, shuttle buses will be arranged only for those pre-registered.

City shuttle bus service: during the fair period, shuttle buses will be arranged between main hotels in Ningbo urban area (including most of the four-star and five star-hotels, and some of the three-star hotels) and the fair venue.
