XBJ-5XXX Printing Inks for Graph Surface Print

The kind of printing inks, whose main composition varnish is spirit and modified polyamide and main solvent is spirit alcohol, make quick-drying and high-solvent release of print base-matter combine with better adaptability on printing unit very well and can be used together with photosensitive resin plate to come into better effect for printing.
Print base-matter
● LDPE、LLDPE and HDPE film treated (surface tension≥38dyne).
● OPP film treated (surface tension≥38dyne).
● Polyester(PET) treated (surface tension≥48dyne).
● Nylon(NYL: surface tension≥52dyne).
● Surface treated: cellophane paper, aluminium flim-plating, aluminium foil, radium film, rainbow film and pearl film.
Printing viscosity
● White ink Zahn﹟2 (flow meter) 18－28s(25℃).
● Color ink Zahn﹟2 (flow meter) 22－28s(25℃).
Product Characteristics
● Low smell and low solution-remaining.
● High gloss, high-concentration hue, low viscosity and better adherence (film treated).
● Better transfer, clear gradation, strong color shade reappeared and suitable for high-speed printing.
The instruction of mixing thinner:
As the products are spirit solusion. And so the choice of reducing solvent should be according to humidity, drying situation and the speed of printing. We advise that clients should use our thinner in order to develop the usage of printing inks very well.
