PVC RESIN

It mainly uses PVC resin as base material with suspension method, and multi-functional rare-earth thermal stabilizer that does not contain lead, cadmium and other harmful heavy metal elements to replace the traditional lead salt thermal stabilizer. It also adds certain amount of thermal resistant main plastic reinforcer, auxiliary plastic reinforcer, auxiliary thermal stabilizer, oxygen resistance, filling and modification materials, char, and lubricants, which are mixed under certain temperature, so that the graduals are made by the twin-screw extruders. This jacket does not contain lead, cadmium and other harmful heavy metal elements, so it not only is environmental friendly, but also can satisfy the mechanical, electrical and processing demands, thus providing a new material for the field.
