PVC pipe production line

GF Series plastic pipe production line is mainly used in the production of the plastic PVC pipes with various diameters and wall thickness in the applications of agricultural and constructional water supplying & draining, cable laying etc. This line is composed of the conical double-screw extruder, vacuum forming table, tractor, cutter, stacker, etc. The extruder and the tractor adopt imported AC frequency conversion device. The vacuum pump and traction motor are also of high quality. There are several traction modes such as two claws, three claws, four claws, six claws, etc. Saw cutting or planet cutting is selectable. Length recording and thickness increasing devices can be attached. The performance of this line is reliable with high efficiency. We can deploy special device to produce spiral mute pipes and core layer foam pipe line according to the requirements of clients.
