LZ-B type probe remote transmission metal tubular rote meter
LZ-B type metal tube rote meter can be substituted for importing type H27. It has simple structure, reliable, suitable to wide range of temperature, high accuracy. This type of flow meters has local display, electric remote control, and anticorrosion and explosion types. They are widely used for liquid and air flow measurement and control automatically in lines of national protection, chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, electric power, pro-environment, medical, textile. The area of transducer can adopt materials of stainless steel (1Cr18Ni12MO2Ti),OCr18Ni12MO2Ti and inside liner fluoroplastic to adapt to level measurement of anticorrosion fluid, such as chlorine air, salt water, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid and sulphuric acid.
Electric remote transmission meter can output standard signal, and can match with complex meter and computer to realize comprehensible control.
Principle and structure
When the up-flow fluid goes through measuring tube with perforate plate, taper floater floats upward. The height of moving represents flow value, and transmit to indicator through couple connecting of magnetic steel in floater and magnetic steel in indicator. And that causes the point turnover, lobe plate make pointer indicate the flow value linearly.

5) magnetic filter:
If there is magnetic particulars in the fluid to be measured, magnetic filter should be added to flow meters inflow point.
