hydraulic system:
The hydraulic system adopts double pumps and double open circuits, the main pumping circuit and S pipe switching circuit are separate each other, which simplifies the system, results in a long service life and high reliability for the whole machine, and it is easier to judge and eliminate the malfunction.
The main pumping circuit adopts an advanced way of 2-4mm untouched sensor to switch the directional valve, which results in a steady and reliable system.
The main components of the hydraulic system are offered by some famous factories in the world; moreover, the hydraulic circuit is supplied for all kinds of special safety devices, for example, the pumping circuit is protected by a relief valve, and the oil pressure of the main sloping plate piston hydraulic pump can be shut off automatically when the whole system overpressures, so the main hydraulic pump can acquire multistage reliable protection at one time, which promise the system to be more reliable and safer than ever.
The S pipe switching circuit driven by the constant pressure pump and accumulator can realize enough moment and save energy.
All hose fittings with imported seals can ensure the tube connections to be higher reliability and have a longer life than ever.
Switching from high pressure to low pressure, by the electrical and hydraulic directional valve, the procedure becomes so easy that the hydraulic system has less leakage and pollution than the other domestic products.

The Programmed Logic Control (PLC) is adopted in the pumping system, which takes the place of the contactor relays, time relays, and there are less electrical components and wires in the system. Therefore, the reliability of the electrical system has an obvious progress, on the other side, the PLC has a visual display unit for the breakdown, and its accessory of importer and exporter may solve the problem easier than ever. In comparison with the similar domestic products, our electrical control is much simpler, and the fewer components we use, the higher reliability we get.

Mechanical system:
Related to the design of key parts , such as “S” pipe distribution valve、hopper, we apply I-DEAS software to analyze load distribution, calculate construction rigidity and stress concentration, owing to its excellent rigidity and process technology , the optimized hopper and S valve system can effectively avoid the following phenomena like hopper distortion and breakage of S pipe valve shaft during high pressure conveying.
The style of the agitator’s sealing is designed specially so that hydraulic motors are completely separated with bearing seats, in the event of sealing failure, the motor will not be influenced out the concrete. The agitator directly driven by double motors, the automatic clockwise and counterclockwise device, the perfect blade ensure mixing torque powerfully enough to mix smoothly, even if extremely harsh situation, the blocking phenomenon will not happen.
The wear parts, such as the glass board and the cutting ring, have a long service life up to 20000m3 under favorable condition; compared with the similar domestic products’ life, Saili’s product can be prolonged about 50%.
The distance of the glass board and the cutting ring automatically compensates for “cutting” wear and seals by its adjustment.
