Docetaxel belong to the semi-synthetic taxane anticancer drug, which essentially "frozen" by the microtubule skeleton composed of cells to suppress cancer cells split. In a cell cycle microtubule polymerization and depolymerization, docetaxel promote microtubule polymerization and depolymerization to inhibit in order to prevent a large number of cancer cell division, leading to the death of cancer cells.
